Nicole Iannarone represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation, appellate litigation and class actions.
In addition to general business litigation, Nicole’s practice includes a focus on professional liability concerning attorneys and accountants. She has represented companies, high net worth individuals and families in litigation involving malpractice claims against major national accounting firms. Nicole also represents attorneys and law firms in legal malpractice matters. She has represented associations and groups of attorneys in commenting on proposed rules and regulations. Nicole is a member of the State Bar of Georgia’s Disciplinary Rules and Procedures Committee and has co-chaired the State Bar of Georgia's Young Lawyers Division Ethics & Professionalism Committee.
In 2005, 2007 and 2009, Nicole was named a “Georgia Rising Star” by Law & Politics and Atlanta magazine, a listing of the top 2.5 percent of up-and-coming attorneys in Georgia who are either under 40 or who have been practicing ten or fewer years.
Nicole is actively involved in the bar and the community. She was a member of the 2008 class of L.E.A.D. Atlanta, the inaugural class of the Leadership Academy of the State Bar of Georgia’s Young Lawyers Division and the Destiny Fund of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation. Nicole chairs the American Kidney Fund's Southeastern Regional Council and is a member of the board of GreenLaw. In 2003, she was a recipient of a Young Alumnae Award from Brenau Women’s College, and in 2009 she recieved the Kerry Harike Joedecke Atlanta Young Lawyer of the Year Award from the Atlanta Council of Younger Lawyers.
