Mickey Mixson has represented individuals and corporations involved in a wide variety of business disputes for more than twenty-five years. He has successfully presented countless complex commercial disputes to juries, arbitration panels and judges.

In addition, Mickey has obtained substantial confidential settlements of numerous commercial and business cases. Mickey has an excellent record on the defense side also, having obtained summary judgments, dismissals and defense verdicts of major claims.

During recent years, Mickey has recovered awards and settlements for clients totaling over one billion dollars.

Mickey is currently the President of the Atlanta chapter of the International Network of Boutique Law Firms.  He is also the lead contact for the firms' membership in the National Business Litigation Group.

Representative Cases:

Co-counsel for the plaintiffs in Time Warner Entertainment v. Six Flags Over Georgia, LLC, a breach of fiduciary duty case which resulted in a $454,000,000 jury verdict, the largest verdict ever awarded in Georgia (a verdict which was affirmed on appeal and paid in full)

Represented the plaintiff class in Abdallah v. Coca-Cola Co., which settled for $192.5 million, the largest class action racial discrimination settlement in history

Achieved a settlement in a contract dispute case between a leading transportation company and a major supplier that resulted in awards for our client exceeding $200 million
