Legal Media Group of London ’s “2005 Guide to the Leading US Litigation Lawyers" identifies 4 of Bondurant, Mixson & Elmore’s Partners as among the leading litigation lawyers in the United States

Legal Media Group’s Guide is "designed primarily for individuals who require access to pre-eminent practitioners in specific areas of the law for the purpose of instruction on an international basis." The Guide lists "only individuals nominated by clients and peers as leading advisors in the field." The research methodology begins with a survey of 2500 senior practitioners and in-house counsel, with results screened for "firm, network and alliance bias." A verification process then proceeds utilizing "a select group of advisors from leading US legal centres".

Legal Media Group's research identified 592 litigators across the 50 states, including 24 in Georgia. Four of the 24 Georgia litigators who received this international recognition are BME partners -- 40% of the partnership. No other Atlanta firm placed as many lawyers on the Guide's prestigious list.
